Minutes of the emergency meeting of 11/22/16

Select Board Members Present: Kenn Basler, Chairperson, Steve Weisz and Carol Edelman
The Board held an emergency meeting to declare an emergency as per MGL Chapter 44 Section 31d which will allow deficient spending to remediate the damages from the winter storm that began on Sunday, November 20, 2016. Damages include but are not limited to several trees down causing road closures around Monterey.
A motion was made to declare an emergency for the reasons stated above which was seconded and approved unanimously.
A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 10:39am
